Black Fox Solutions are proud to be working alongside MCA Building and Joinery, a well-established construction contractor delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Oversee and manage construction sites from initial setup through to completion

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain HSEQ standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct site meetings, liaise with clients, and report progress to senior management

  
  


• 
  

  Manage snag lists, handovers, and final inspections

  
  

What You’ll Need:

• 
  

  3+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role within construction

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Sound knowledge of building regulations and health & safety procedures

  
  


• 
  

  A valid CSR/SMSTS card

  
  


• 
  

  Full UK driving licence
