Experienced site manager needed for 3 - 4 weeks cover on a new build social housing development in Hendon, Sunderland.

The Role

Working on a new build social housing development

Knowledge of site start and set ups

Overseeing trades and labour

Managing the build Programme

The Person

Proven experience in residential construction

Strong knowledge of H&S regulations

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential

Remuneration

£30 per hour (CIS)
