Role: Site Manager

Location: Belfast

Hours: Full time (Monday – Friday) (Permanent)

Pay: £45,000 - £50,000

We are working with a well-established, multi-skilled organisation with a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and customer service across UK public and private sector projects. They require a site manager for a 6-month project with the job being permanent as they have future projects planned

The Role:

• Work closely with the Contracts Manager to plan the project effectively


• Day-to-day management of the site


• Reviewing performance against targets


• Identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities


• Establish and maintain storage for materials, plant and tools


• Managing stock to meet agreed deadlines and budget of the project

The Requirements:

• 3 + Years experience as Site Manager (A Degree / HND in a construction)


• 5 + Years experience as Site Manager (Working on projects ranging from £3M+)


• Someone with the flexibility to travel (NI)


• Strong knowledge of latest building regulations, legislation and Health and Safety


• A current valid CSR / CSCS Card
