Site Manager (Residential) 

Monaghan 

£50-£55k + vehicle + more 

We are working with a leading contractor to recruit for their new Site Manager to work on residential projects in the Monaghan area and managing sites effectively, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and working with the Company.

This will include; 

"    Ensure detailed project programmes are drawn up, adhered to - regularly reporting progress status to assist in the effective management of sites

"    Lead and coordinate the site team - providing overall site management, guidance and support to the team

"    Effectively influencing the progress on sites and ensuring programme deadlines are met.

"    Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.

"    Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to during your project phase on site. 

What we are looking for… 

"    Ideally 5 years relevant experience, preferably with a degree level education 

"    Experience in residential builds

"    Valid site cards and full driving licence would be essential
