Are you a Site Manager with a passion for high-spec commercial refurbishments? We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager for a landmark £40m Cat A fit out and refurbishment project in the heart of London.
The Project:
A transformative Cat A Fit out and refurbishment at London Liverpool Street, the project scope includes:
A reimagined reception and café space
Upgraded basement showers and cycle facilities
Refurbishment of lift lobbies
Revitalised external areas with new planting and seating
State-of-the-art end-of-journey amenities
This is a complex, design-led project blending high-end finishes with technical delivery—perfect for a Site Manager who thrives in busy, central London environments.

Cat A & Cat B commercial office fit outs
Structural refurbishments and complex Cut & Carve schemes
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day site management, logistics and programme coordination
Managing subcontractors and ensuring H&S compliance
Reporting to the Project Manager and liaising with the design and delivery teams
Driving quality, programme and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience on Cat A Fit out and refurbishments, ideally on Commercial projects
Knowledge of structural works and complex refurbishment logistics
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black or Gold)
