Day to Day:

• Supervising & coordinating workers, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.


• Actively participating in construction tasks when needed.


• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget & to specifications.


• Managing materials & equipment, ensuring smooth workflow.


• Promoting health & safety compliance & conducting site inspections.


• Keeping accurate site records and tracking daily costs & expenses.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in construction management or site work.


• Hands-on experience with construction tasks & machinery.


• Proven ability to lead teams & coordinate projects effectively.


• Strong problem-solving & organisational skills.
