Site Engineer – Belfast and surrounding

£35k + Van

Join a leading residential property developer as their new Site Engineer.

Responsible for the technical and practical aspects of a residential construction project, ensuring it's built safely, efficiently, and according to plans and regulations. They manage on-site activities, oversee subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met.

• Conducting site surveys, preparing project estimates, and developing detailed work schedules.


• Overseeing construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is carried out according to specifications.


• Ensuring all work meets required quality standards and complies with building regulations and safety codes.


• Providing technical advice and solutions to on-site issues, interpreting drawings and specifications, and ensuring accuracy of measurements.


• Managing materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure efficient project execution.


• Maintaining regular communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing progress reports and addressing concerns.


• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, conducting toolbox talks, and promoting a safe working environment.

What we are looking for…
