Site Administrator

Skilled Careers is delighted to be assisting a long standing client on their search for a Site Administration.



My client are an established and successful multi-disciplinary building-services solution contractor, with their Head Office based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.



They are an innovative, forward-thinking company with continued steady growth, serving residential, hospitality, education, commercial and healthcare sectors, with offices in Northern Ireland, London, Birmingham, Glasgow and the Republic of Ireland.



They are actively seeking a Site Administrator. In this position, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the site management team.



The successful candidate will be based in Oxford.



Key Responsibilities





  • Updating timesheets.




  • Placing orders and updating order sheets once deliveries have been checked off.




  • Taking meeting minutes.




  • Operation of 4P system.




  • Checking and updating the company QA systems.




  • Uploading test documentation on to 4P.




  • Updating latest drawing schedules from 4P.




  • Updating all site-required paperwork.




  • Organisation of deliveries to site.




  • Engaging with suppliers in phone calls, both making and receiving.




  • Management, input and reviewing of NIEAC test certification.




  • Attendance at meetings, reviewing relevant information and relaying to various departments.




  • Assisting the Quality Assurance Administrator when required.





Qualifications



Essential:





  • 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent), including Maths and English.





Experience & Knowledge



Essential:





  • Computer skills, including the ability to operate Microsoft Office.





Desirable:





  • Previous experience in a site office environment.





Skills





  • Organised and structured approach to work.




  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with a varied portfolio of work, progressing with reduced supervision.




  • Good interpersonal skills.
