Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor in Co. Armagh to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for supervising production lines, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production operations


• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards


• Allocate staff and monitor line performance


• Conduct inspections and complete production records


• Address performance or attendance issues in line with company policy

Requirements

• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in food manufacturing


• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP


• Level 2 Food Safety


• Health & Safety certification
