Service Advisor

Service Advisor, Craigavon, c£28k + benefits

We are working with a successful supplier into the plant and automotive markets to recruit for their new permanent Service Advisor to join them in Craigavon.

Working Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm and within a busy and supportive team you will be the first point of contact for customers where you will;

• Liaise with them on their service needs and book in appointments


• Create internal work orders for customers work


• Update all parties on progress


• Close and invoice jobs once scheduled work has been completed

What we are looking for…

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial or vehicle setting


• Strong communication and people skills


• Effective time management and organisational skills


• Confident IT skills
