An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Valuer with 3 years’ experience in estate agency valuations to join an award-winning firm of estate agents and solicitors, offering excellent benefits.

As a Senior Valuer, you will identify and secure new valuation opportunities, convert these into new business, and ensure accurate pricing while maximising property exposure.

You will be responsible for:

Advise on tailored marketing strategies for properties.
Clarify the fee structure and promptly follow up with marketing proposals and quotations.
Outline the selling process and suggest improvements for higher returns or enhanced saleability.
Investigate reasons for lost instructions.
Stay informed about local property market conditions and competitors.

What we are looking for:

At least 3 years’ experience in estate agency valuations.
Background in conducting valuations and building business.
Educated to Higher level or above.
Knowledge of local property market conditions, economic factors, and advertising mediums.
Understanding of the conveyancing process and local authority standards.
