Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub
Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone
Contract: 40 Hours Week Permanent
Working Pattern: 4 days, between Monday and Saturday 07:30 – 18.00. You will work 1 Saturday per month.
Salary: £36,267 - £41,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you an experienced Scrub Practitioner who takes pride in delivering safe, compassionate patient care? Do you believe in teamwork, supporting colleagues, and continuously improving the perioperative experience for every patient? Are you someone who enjoys sharing your knowledge and helping others grow?
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will play an important role within our multi-disciplinary theatre team. Alongside maintaining excellent scrub practice, you will help support and mentor junior colleagues, contribute to a positive team culture, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical care within the theatre department.
This opportunity is best suited to a practitioner with proven scrub experience, who is confident working within the scrub role and is passionate about developing both their own skills and those of the team around them.
