A Senior Site Manager role (plumbing background required) within a main contractor.

This opportunity is within the civils and infrastructure division of a large main contractor.



The Role

Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Manager, the Senior Site Manager will oversee site operations across a range of projects in the North East. The role involves leading and coordinating surveying and installation teams, ensuring high standards of health & safety, technical compliance, and project delivery across infrastructure/utility-based works.



Experience Required

Proven experience in a senior site management role.

Strong plumbing and mechanical background within civil or utility sectors.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Full UK driving licence.



Remuneration

£45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus vehicle.
