We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy team in Banbridge. You will lead on cost management from feasibility through to final account, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and design teams across multiple projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy where your expertise will directly influence project success and help shape the growth of a dynamic team.

Paying up to £75,000 DOE + benefits

Duties within the role will include;

• Leading pre and post-contract cost management on a portfolio of projects.


• Preparing cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities and tender documentation.


• Advising on procurement routes and contract strategies.


• Managing tender processes, analysis and recommendations.

What we are looking for…

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field 


• Full UK driving license


• Excellent communication, client-facing and negotiation skills.
