An exciting and fulfilling opportunity has arisen within a well-established organisation. The role requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to deliver comprehensive cost planning and prepare detailed estimates for capital works projects. Responsibilities will include managing site-specific abnormals, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining strong financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.

Paying £60,000 + benefits

Duties within the role will include;

• Manage all commercial aspects of contracts, from start through 


• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.


• Lead the preparation and submission of valuations, variations, and claims.


• Administer contracts ensuring compliance with terms.


• Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance evaluation.

What we are looking for…

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field 


• Full UK driving license


• Confident communication skills
