Role

A Senior QS is required to commercially lead a new building project of two apartment blocks close to the city centre. The position will be office and site based with some flexibility to work from home as required.

Experience Required

This is a great opportunity for a QS ready to lead their own scheme to find a step into progression. Previous experience demonstrated should be commercial delivery of building projects at around £5m and from a main contractor background.

Remuneration

Salary will vary depending on experience, negotiable between £50,000 and £70,000 plus generous car allowance and holidays, company pension plan and healthcare benefits.
