This role reports to the Head of Commercial and is responsible for the commercial delivery and contractual management of Social Housing Maintenance Contracts. The role involves remeasurement, valuation of works, and ensuring commercial and contractual targets are achieved. The successful candidate will commercially manage a portfolio of work and drive profitability for the company.

Essential Criteria:

• 
  

  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with M3NHF or similar Schedule of Rates.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing Measured Term Public Contracts.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong commercial and operational awareness in delivering works.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of subcontractor management.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a fast-paced construction environment.

  
  

Desirable Criteria:

• 
  

  Knowledge of NEC suite of contracts.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with public sector social housing contracts.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with CAFM IT Software.
