Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out) to join a dynamic commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to commercially lead high-end fit out projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards through your expertise in cost management, procurement, contracts, and risk management. Occasional travel to the UK may be required.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will:

  Prepare budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts.

  Advise the project team and clients on contractual matters.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare supporting documentation for clients and consultants.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage subcontract purchasing, on-site remeasurement, and account payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide commercial support to estimating and manufacturing teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with site and project managers to record variations, change requests, and instructions.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Promote best practice in Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.

  
  

The Person

• 
  

  3–5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in fit out.

  
  


• 
  

  Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in design & build (M&E and architectural finishes).

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of building regulations and guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Contractual background with a proactive, self-sufficient attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Full driving licence.
