Candidates should have extensive project management experience on interior fit-out type projects.

Day to Day:

• Developing a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget.


• Ensure that all work is carried out to the client’s specifications.


• Ensure that labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors are effectively managed.


• Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress.


• Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to.


• Monitor the financial performance of the project.


• Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project.


• Attending meetings and surveys with the client representatives


• Delivering projects on a worldwide basis.

Experience:

• Degree in Construction related subject.


• Extensive project management experience on interior fit-out type projects.


• Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.


• Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control are essential.


• Client facing, UK driving licence, able to travel with the role on occasion.
