Are you looking for a company that offers a community, rather than just a work environment? A team where you are valued, considered, supported and work as part of a collaborative group of professionals? My client’s culture is exactly this.
Established for over 40 years, they have recently undergone some internal changes. The Senior Management team is full of energy with big plans to grow the company over the coming few years. They are looking for engineers who want to be their authentic self, are driven, determined and are passionate about being part of something special.
With eight offices across the UK, a stable heritage and a new drive and energy moving forward, you will be part of a team who are going places – literally! Working on projects within transport planning and infrastructure design as well as environmental assessments, you will bring at least five years’ experience and expertise within the sector.
As part of a larger group, you will be working in a small team where your contributions are noticed and valued having a direct impact on the projects you are tasked with. Your knowledge, experience and exposure to all manner of Flood Risk, Drainage and Highway Infrastructure design will be enhanced, developing your engineering and problem-solving skills.
No “we’ve always done it this way” in this role. The environment is agile; decisions are made quickly and innovation is encouraged and implemented.
Working towards further professional qualifications and memberships is actively encouraged and supported.
