Marketing Executive (Entertainment / Arts Industry)

£32,000 to £34,000 + benefits

We are exclusively working with an exciting NI business who operate within the ‘entertainment and arts’ industry internationally to recruit for their new Marketing Executive.

Working closely with their Head of Marketing you will play an important role in supporting marketing activities for primarily UK based activities, this will include;

• Managing unique projects from planning through to delivery, alongside supporting performances and special creative projects as required including associated marketing and PR activity


• Key point of contact for UK/Europe-based activity, liaising with labels, partners, and suppliers


• Coordinate artwork, merchandise, and creative assets across projects


• Manage communication across stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely updates and follow-ups


• Build and maintain relationships with press, PR, and industry contacts


• Collate weekly and monthly sales figures and performance data


• Prepare regular marketing summaries, reports, and forward plans

What we are looking for…

4 + years’ marketing experience to include experience of;

• Content and professional communication skills


• Digital marketing analytics and reporting skills


• Strong email marketing experience


• Confident in the is of tools such as Photoshop, Canva, iMovie etc is desirable


• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through to delivery
