Senior HR Advisor / BP, £35-40k

Co Tyrone

Leading activities for a specific site, duties will include;

• Providing day to day HR advice, guidance and support to site staff (90+)


• Liaising and supporting line management & supervisors


• Overseeing recruitment activities for the site


• On-boarding, HR orientations & probations reviews


• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures


• HR reporting as required for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

What we are looking for…

• CIPD or working towards, ideally with an HR related degree


• HR experience, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment


• Confident IT skills
