We are looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate previous experience with construction or modular construction design.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, good salary, private health care, pension, 28 days holiday.

Day to day: Responsible for submitting completed bids, on time and ensuring the highest level of detail and quality. Evaluate all aspects of the project budget. Detailed take off for materials, labour, preliminaries for tenders and contracts. Attend tender site visit.

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience & a proven track record within a similar Construction / Modular role.


• 3rd Level education in a Construction related course or other relevant qualification.


• Experience of on-site work processes and construction methods.


• Experience of confidently pricing tenders from £1M to £10M+.


• A good understanding of market rates and profit margins.


• Proficient in MS Office / AutoCAD / BOQs / Take Offs.


• Confident use of estimating software packages, Conquest.
