Senior Electrical Maintenance Manager

A leading and well-established food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Manager to join its senior engineering team. Operating within a fast-paced production environment, the company is committed to delivering high standards in quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving maintenance performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading a skilled engineering team. The position requires a hands-on approach, combining strong electrical expertise with effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team


• Improve KPIs (OEE, downtime, MTTR, MTBF)


• Manage PPM and drive reliability improvements


• Provide hands-on electrical fault finding (PLC, drives, motors)


• Ensure H&S and food safety compliance


• Support continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Strong electrical maintenance background


• Proven team leadership experience


• Food/FMCG experience preferred


• KPI-driven with a focus on efficiency
