Senior Design Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Design Manager with high rise project experience to join a Tier 1 main contractor in West Yorkshire.



Company

Tier 1 building contractor with a strong pipeline of projects in the Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and other public sector funded projects.



The Role

As a Senior Design Manager you will have experience working on high value projects, and high rise commercial or urban living project experience would be highly advantageous.



Experience Required

A background working on projects from £10 million to £100 million.

Tier 1 main contractor or larger regional contractor background.

Proven experience in the management and control of the design process and design team, to ensure the design solutions meet project specification and budget.



Remuneration

Salary will vary depending on experience plus car or car allowance, generous holidays, company pension scheme, private healthcare, flexibility.
