Senior Contracts Manager

Senior Contracts Manager – NI based 

Up to £85,000 + benefits 

We are working with a leading NI construction contractor to recruit for their Senior Contracts Manager who will play a key role in the delivery of a number of business-critical projects over the next 3 years. 

Reporting into Senior Management you will be delivering and overseeing end-to-end building and construction projects as well as the management of their Construction team. This will include; 

•    Provide leadership to the Construction team, ensuring the effective management, compliance, control and deployment of the team

•    Define and embed a construction strategy to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects

•    Ensure that all construction activities are effectively managed within an allocated budget

•    Oversee the working partnerships with third party providers and sub-contractors to ensure that all contractual terms are delivered

•    Ensure that the construction team is fully engaged in the process of determining and agreeing development for site-start programmes, quality standards and timescales

What we are looking for…

•    Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience

•    At least 3 years’ project management or Site Manager experience

•    The ability to coordinate various construction-related teams
