The Role

Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering packages focused on deep drainage, traffic management, and service diversions. You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design and coordinate deep drainage systems and associated infrastructure


• Develop and implement traffic management plans


• Manage service diversions (utilities coordination and compliance)


• Lead project delivery, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met


• Liaise with clients, contractors, and statutory authorities


• Mentor junior engineers and support technical development

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering delivery


• Proven experience in drainage, traffic management, and utilities


• Strong working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations


• Proficient in AutoCAD (Civils 3D desirable)


• Confident communicator with leadership capability
