Senior Accountant | 4 Partner Firm | Norwich

Senior Accountant responsibilities

• Assist Client Managers with a diverse portfolio including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.


• Manage the full accounts preparation process, including bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, and tax returns.


• Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, resolving queries and providing proactive commercial advice.


• Mentor and support the development of junior staff members to build your own leadership and delegation skills.

As the successful candidate you will

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified (newly qualified or with post-qualification experience).


• Have a proven track record of working within a UK accountancy practice.


• Demonstrate the ability to manage your own deadlines and adapt to changing client priorities.


• Possess strong technical skills across statutory accounts and various tax workstreams.
