Semi-Senior Accountant responsibilities

• Preparation of statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.


• Management of corporate and personal tax compliance, including the preparation of Corporation Tax and Self-Assessment returns.


• Oversight of VAT reporting and providing proactive advice to clients on cloud accounting transitions.


• Regular client interaction, acting as a key point of contact for financial queries and software support.

As the successful candidate you will

• Have at least 18-36 months of experience within a UK accountancy practice environment.


• Be AAT Qualified or ACCA Part-Qualified (qualified by experience will also be considered).


• Demonstrate proficiency in key software packages including Xero, Sage, Excel, and IRIS.


• Possess a client-focused mindset with the ability to manage a varied workload efficiently.
