Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator required for a brand new, permanent role on the outskirts of Durham City. This is a full-time, 9-5 role and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
The Role
Working in a small, friendly team, you will take calls from residential accommodation managers, regarding any repairs or maintenance issues they have. You will organise an emergency repair if needed or book a minor repair in to be carried out in the near future.
The Person
Applications are welcome from people with excellent coordination skills, previous experience in a similar setting would be advantageous but the hiring manager is happy to look at people with transferrable skills. The salary will be between £25,000 to £28,000 depending upon experience.
Remuneration
£25,000 to £28,000 per annum.
