Sales Support Specialist, Belfast, £27-29k

We are working with an award-winning digital print company who are seeking a sales support specialist to join their office-based sales team in Belfast.

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9-5.30

Reporting to the sales and office manager, you will –

• Always deliver quality customer service


• Prepare quotes and process customer orders in a timely and effective manner


• Update and maintain all customer records


• Complete KPI reports as required


• Support the sales team as required


• Make outgoing calls to customers

• Experience of working in a sales or customer service environment


• Experience in building rapport and relationships with business and corporate clients.
