What You’ll Be Doing
As our client’s Sales Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with their Sales team to ensure they have everything they need to engage with customers effectively and close deals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Chasing quotes and following up on leads – you don’t wait to be asked, you’re already on it.
- Jumping on inbound enquiries and identifying sales opportunities quickly.
- Building rapport with customers and getting under the skin of what they need.
- Supporting the sales team by keeping momentum high and deals moving.
- Spotting upsell opportunities and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborating across departments to make sure the customer experience is smooth and seamless.
What You Bring:
- A confident, go-getter attitude – you love being on the front foot.
- Experience in a sales-focused role, or the hunger to grow into one.
- Great communication skills – you’re clear, persuasive and customer-savvy.
- Organised, energetic, and not afraid of juggling a few plates.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and happy working at pace.
You must also have the right to work in the UK without restrictions.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: 41.25 per week; Monday to Friday – No evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
