Sales Representative – Immediate Starts in Brighton

Based in Brighton, our client is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and down-to-earth individuals to join their sales and customer service network. They are expanding and need individuals who want to earn well while developing valuable life and communication skills.

Bring your drive, enthusiasm, and personality to our client’s sales and marketing company, and they will provide the support and guidance needed to help you succeed – without micromanagement or an overbearing “sales culture”.

With no industry experience required, this role is designed for those eager to learn, develop, and grow quickly in a customer-focused environment while building real results through consistent action and feedback.

Key attributes needed:

  • Full-time Availability: (4/5 days a week between Mon-Sat)
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Confident English speaking skills with the ability to hold engaging conversations
  • A driven mindset - understanding that consistent effort and using feedback leads to results
  • Down-to-earth personality with natural charisma – no “sales persona” required

What’s involved:

  • Acting as a front-line representative within a dynamic sales and customer service network
  • Engaging directly with customers while representing well-known UK brands
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards in face-to-face interactions
  • Working on residential campaigns in and around the Brighton area
  • Using your natural communication style to build rapport and generate new customers – no scripts or forced sales techniques

These are field-based, face-to-face sales opportunities in and around Brighton, offering the chance to build a successful subscontracted career. This is a commission-based role with additional incentives. Typical earnings for new starters range between £150–£300 per day, with higher earnings achievable as experience grows.

If you have experience in sales, customer service, marketing, promotions, or customer-facing roles (such as retail, hospitality, events, call centres, or bar work), this may give you a head start. However, no experience is required as full training and support are provided.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that are available 4/5 full days per week.
