Sales Order Processor / Customer Account Manager, Maghera

£26,000 to £32,000 plus bonus

We are working with a successful manufacturer in Maghera who are seeking to appoint their new Sales Order Processor / Customer Account Manager who as part of the commercial team will play an important role in the managing & processing of customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.

Duties will include;

• Capturing and processing customer orders


• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and queries


• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery


• Handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns in a timely and professional manner


• Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders and transactions

What we are looking for…

• Experience gained in a similar role, to include sales order processing


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Confident IT skills, ideally with an experience of order processing software
