Sales Operations Manager, Craigavon, £30k + bonus

We are working with a leading supplier, installer and service provider of industrial doors across Northern Ireland and Ireland, who are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of the service, repair and installation departments.

In this role you will –

• Manage and schedule service and installation engineers


• Coordinate breakdowns, callouts and planned maintenance visits


• Oversee job workflow from booking through to completion


• Ensure jobs are correctly logged, updated and invoiced


• Manage service contracts and recurring maintenance visits


• Support quoting for service and repair works


• Liaise with customers regarding job status and scheduling


• Monitor engineer productivity and job progress


• Assisting with stock coordination for service parts


• Helping drive growth and new opportunities

You will need –

• Experience in a similar role


• Scheduling engineers or technicians


• Customer coordination and job management


• Confident communicating with engineers and customers


• Team leadership experience desirable
