Our client, produces high-quality exhibition stands, branded clothing, and print collateral, to a wide range of business sectors including manufacturing, engineering, hospitality, leisure, pharma, and defence.
They are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Support professional to work closely with the Sales Director, Account Managers, and in-house design team, supporting the sales process through accurate data, insights, and marketing activity, helping to convert opportunities into successful projects.
This is not a pure admin role, it’s a commercial support position where your ability to analyse, communicate, and coordinate will help drive business growth.
Duties will be a varied - managing CRM data, producing sales reports, monitoring marketing performance, ensuring projects move smoothly from enquiry to delivery, social media activity, work on marketing campaigns, and help ensure client communications are consistent and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Data Support
- Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure visibility of the sales pipeline
- Produce regular insight reports for the Sales Director and Key Account Managers
- Support the preparation of sales proposals and pitches using data-driven insights
- Track project progress and ensure smooth handovers to account management
- Assist in the coordination of inbound opportunities and allocation to team members
Marketing & Brand Support
- Coordinate and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
- Work with the design team to produce campaign materials and digital content
- Monitor analytics, report on campaign performance, and recommend improvements
- Help coordinate email marketing, newsletters, and other digital outreach
- Support marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Key Skills & Attributes

- Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing principles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (or willingness to learn)

Desirable Skills Include
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools

Working Hours and Information
- Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 - no weekends
- 31 days holiday per year including bank holidays and Christmas close-down
