£28,000 + benefits



Full Time – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm



Part Time – Monday to Friday 930am to 330pm



 



We are working with a leading UK & ROI business based in Ballynure to recruit for 2 roles within the commercial team, a Full and Part Time Sales Ledger Assistant



 



Joining the busy finance team of a leading UK & Irish business you will be responsible for;



 



Raising and issuing sales invoices




  • Utilising customer systems to raise invoices and ensure timely payment

  • Assist with cash sales – ensuring invoices raised and payment received prior to jobs being undertaken

  • Communication with customers on any potential issues

  • Liaising and communicating with operational staff on any potential issues

  • Preparation of credit notes as and when required



What we are looking for…




  • 2 years accounts / finance / office experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Sound level of IT literacy
