Basic Salary: £30,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per month (9am – 2pm)

Our client is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to join their office-based team in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is confident managing the full sales process.

Your Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and delivering high-quality, compliant insurance sales. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into successful outcomes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to close.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Achieve individual sales, conversion, and activity targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Work in line with compliance and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred).
  • Strong track record of working in a target-driven environment.
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised with strong time management skills.
  • Positive, motivated, and results-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working within a regulated environment.
