The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sales Director to lead and scale a high-performing sales team. You’ll take full ownership of sales strategy, team performance, and revenue delivery across a portfolio of some of the most sought-after properties in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property consultants and sales managers

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives

Drive performance through KPI management, coaching, and data-driven decision-making

Build and maintain relationships with key investors, brokers, and institutional clients

Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to optimise lead flow and conversion

Provide insights to senior leadership on market trends, buyer behaviour, and pricing strategy

Represent the company at high-profile events, launches, and roadshows (local and international)

Requirements

8–15 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role

Proven success in managing sales teams in the UAE luxury property market

Strong understanding of local and international investor markets

Track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing cultures

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an asset

UAE driving license required
