Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. 



 



Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



 




  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Coordinating with various departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues.

  • Maintaining and updating customer databases.

  • Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data.

  • Assisting with sales forecasting and inventory management.

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed.



 



Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (Minimum one years experience)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
