We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Coordinating with various departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data.
- Assisting with sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (Minimum one years experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
