Our client in Southampton is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and down-to-earth individuals to join their sales and customer service network. They are expanding and need individuals who want to earn well while developing valuable life and communication skills.

What’s involved:

Act as the front-line representative within a dynamic sales and customer service network.
Engage directly with customers while representing prominent UK brands.
Deliver exceptional customer service, setting the standard for quality face-to-face interactions.
Work within residential campaigns in and around the Southampton area.
Use your natural communication style to build rapport and generate new customers - no scripts or forced sales techniques.

Flexible working structure: Typically 3–6 hours per day in the field
Uncapped commission structure with realistic daily earnings of £150–£300 for new starters (with experienced reps earning £300–£600+)

These are field-based, face-to-face sales opportunities within the Southampton area, and this company is keen for you to make a real success of your new self-employed career. This is an immediate start opportunity, with all income earned through a commission-based structure plus exciting incentives. Typical earnings for new starters range between £150–£300 per day, with higher earnings achievable as experience grows.

If you have experience in sales, customer service, marketing, promotions, or customer-facing roles such as sales assistant, retail manager, direct sales, field sales, call centre, events coordinator, or backgrounds including hotel work, receptionist roles, Front of House, bar work, hospitality or catering, this may give you a head start. Applicants with no experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as full training and support in transferable skills are provided.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that are available 4/5 full days per week.
