Roofer must have:

• CSCS card


• Previous site experience


• means of getting to site


• Own PPE


• References on request

Key Responsibilities of the Roofer:

• Tile and slate replacement


• Roofline repairs (fascias, soffits, guttering)


• Minor flat roof patching


• Leak detection and repairs


• Chimney repointing and leadwork (as required)


• Safely operate access equipment, ladders, and scaffolding.


• Conduct thorough assessments of roofing issues and carry out required repairs to a high standard.


• Complete documentation and updates using handheld devices or paperwork, as required.


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, especially in residential settings.


• Respect tenant privacy and deliver excellent customer service.


• Work in line with all relevant health and safety procedures, including asbestos awareness and safe working at height.
