Roles and responsibilities include:




  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents.

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.

  • Support individuals in achieving personal goals and independence.

  • Facilitate social and community engagement activities.

  • Administer medication in accordance with training and policies.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Promote a safe and respectful living environment.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.



 



What we’re looking for




  • level 3 health and social care

  • Experience in children’s Residential Care.
