REPAIRS SUPERVISOR WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN BARNSLEY

Job Title: Repairs Supervisor

Location: Barnsley

Hourly Rate: £17.10-£22.58

Length of contract: minimum 3 months. Temp to perm

Milage: 45ppm

Social housing contractor in the Barnsley area are currently looking for an experienced repairs supervisor with social housing experience. You will oversee a team of 20 trades staff who typically complete 300/400 jobs in occupied properties per week

• Work alongside the planners to ensure smooth organisation of works


• Oversee the direct labour team and subcontractors


• Ensure quality of service and works are undertaken are to the required standard


• Ensure health and safety processes are adhered to


• Interact with Contract Manager & project team ensuring satisfaction of service is achieved


• Liaising with tenants and clients to resolve any queries

Minimum Blue CSCS or above

Asbestos awareness (UKATA or IATP)

Basic DBS (willingness to take out new)
