Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Telesales Executive / Remote Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introduce our client's products/services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is a remote position offering flexible hours for both full-time and part-time availability.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective customers from a provided list
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
Follow scripts and adapt to customer responses professionally
Meet weekly and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
