*Rather than accruing annual leave this is paid on top of your hourly rate as you work, so you get an additional 12.07% for every hour you work. Your base rate of pay is £12.21 per hour so your total hourly rate is £12.21 + 12.07% = £13.68 per hour*.

Joining Dimensions as a Relief Support Worker is a fantastic career choice that allows you to do just that! We are currently looking for Relief workers who are active, ambitious, and kind, to join our committed support team in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.
In this role, reliability, patience, and a strong sense of integrity are essential. We value individuals who follow through on their commitments and approach their work with honesty and dedication.
You will be flexible to support up to 11 people across three supported living homes in this area. The people we support have a wide range of interests such as walking, bowling, dancing, listening to music, swimming, going on holidays, shopping, cooking, and baking, arts and crafts, car rides, family visits, and days out.
You’ll be expected to provide support across all aspects of daily living. This includes personal care, household tasks like cleaning and cooking, shopping, administering medication, and accompanying individuals to appointments.
Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, long days, sleep-ins, or waking night shifts, depending on the needs of the home. Whilst you are under no obligation to accept shifts, we do ask that you are committed to supporting our permanent teams by working shifts where possible.
