The Regional Project Surveyor is a key role within dimensions, responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of the organization's regional housing and other properties. This position is vital for delivering robust asset management and handling day-to-day maintenance inquiries. The post-holder will primarily focus on project-managing planned maintenance, refurbishment, development, and adaptation projects while ensuring statutory compliance in areas like gas, fire, water, electrical, and asbestos safety. The role requires a strong understanding of building surveying principles, contract management, and a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants.

The successful candidate will cover the South East/London, Home Counties and West Midlands .

Interviews will take place on the 19th September via Microsoft teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the mission: You'll be at the helm of diverse and critical projects—from major refurbishments to vital adaptations—guiding them from the drawing board to a stunning reality. This is your chance to showcase your leadership and expertise.
  • Become the expert: You'll use your sharp eye to conduct in-depth Stock Condition Surveys, uncovering opportunities for improvement and developing the innovative solutions that will shape our properties for years to come.
  • Forge powerful partnerships: You'll be the key liaison with our contractors, building strong relationships and ensuring every piece of work is executed with precision and excellence. You’ll be the person who guarantees our high standards are met, every time.
  • Champion safety: Your commitment to statutory compliance is non-negotiable. You'll ensure our homes are safe havens, tackling everything from gas and fire safety to asbestos and electrical checks. You are the guardian of our residents' peace of mind.
  • Innovate and inspire: We're not just looking for someone who follows a plan; we want a visionary who can help us build better processes, improve data management, and elevate our service delivery to new heights.
