Regional Administrative Assistant, Holywood, £28.5k + benefits
We are working with a successful Health Care Business that are looking for an experienced administrator to join them on a permanent business.
Reporting to management you will…
- Stand in as Home Administrator when required.
- Provide effective day-to-day administrative and clerical support to a group of homes.
- Deal with telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input, meeting and greeting visitors, note taking at confidential meetings.
- Travel between different homes and support in administrative duties.
- Take responsibility for monitoring budgets, expenditures and financial reports.
- Manage home-level finances, including resident funds.
- Ensure that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Advise and support less experienced colleagues, supporting with training and mentoring as required.
- Support with preparation for audits and inspections as necessary.
- Partake in assigned projects.
What we are looking….
- 3 years care home administration experience
- Confident communication and IT skills
- Organisational skills
- Driving license
