Salary: £27,828 per annum/£14.42 per hour

Refuse Loader – The Role:
We are looking for an experienced loader to join the Council’s award winning recycling2go service. As a leader in the waste management sector our reliance on high quality staff is essential.
You will be assisting in the collection of domestic, recycling and glass collections and liaising closely with other members of the crew to ensure that the best possible service is made available to our residents.
Refuse Loader - Responsibilities:
- Support recycling2go Co-ordinators in delivering a full, high-quality recycling2go service across assigned rounds
- Carry out manual collection duties, including loading bins, bags and containers, ensuring areas are left clean and tidy
- Assist with vehicle and equipment care, follow work schedules, and complete tasks efficiently to a high standard
- Comply with all health & safety, risk assessment, uniform, and equal opportunities requirements at all times
- Provide excellent customer service, working positively with colleagues, managers, and the public
Refuse Loader - You:
