An opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Engineer to join the team covering Preston and surrounding Lancashire areas, delivering maintenance across key commercial sites.

To deliver planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance services across commercial client sites in and around Preston, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence.
KEY DUTIESConduct planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
Communicate effectively with management and client representatives.
Ensure all works meet required safety and quality standards.
Maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly.
Complete digital reports and service documentation.
Participate in standby/on-call rota.
Maintain professional standards on client sites.
Promote a safety-first culture at all times.
Work collaboratively with engineering colleagues.
Meet service-level agreements and KPIs.
Demonstrate flexibility across Lancashire-based sites.
Strong refrigeration maintenance background.
Valid F-Gas 2079 certification.
Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and manage workload.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
CO2 refrigeration experience beneficial.
Experience using digital job systems preferred.
£43,179 (including standby allowance)
